1. Event Information
The Barcelona Journaling Festival will be held from 8-10 November 2024, and the Therapeutic Writing Retreat from 11-12 November 2024.

2. Ticket Purchases
All ticket confirmations will come from the issuing platform, TicketTailor, and/or Stripe. Please ensure you check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Refund Policy
No tickets will be refunded after 30 days from the date of purchase. All sales are final beyond this period.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations
In the event of any changes to the festival schedule, venue, or if the event is cancelled, Unleash Your Ink Ltd. will not be liable for any expenses incurred by ticket holders, including but not limited to, flights and accommodation costs. We advise all attendees to consider purchasing travel insurance to cover such contingencies.

5. Data Protection
We respect your privacy and do not use your personal data for any purpose other than processing your ticket purchase and providing information regarding the event. We will not share your data with any third parties.

6. Recording Notice
Please be aware that the main events of the festival may be recorded. By attending, you consent to being filmed and recorded.
